ROLES & Schedules

Roles at Discovery PitStop include full-time and part-time options. We have teachers that work in multiple classrooms and others that are Lead or Assistant teachers for a singular classroom. We aim to match candidates to a role that best fits their experience, credentials, availability, and future goals.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation may be hourly or salary and is dependent on a candidates experience and academic credentials. Raises are offered annually and take into account both academic growth and merit. Full-time teachers are offered annual Paid Time Off, compensation for all school closings, and health insurance reimbursement.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

We offer regular professional development opportunities to ensure that our teachers are consistently learning best practices and growing in their fields. We offer flexible schedules to support teachers attending school. We always aim to promote from within and often offer teachers new roles as they grow in experience and credentials.
